WILLIAM JANZ
The journey that changed my life.
IT STARTED WITH
An endless passion for music
William Janz (The Hague, June 5, 1974) showed at a young age that he was a musical talent. He received guitar lessons from his grandfather. Little William liked playing the guitar, but… singing along with it, that was it all for him.
In the early nineties, Julio Iglesias became his idol. It was therefore not surprising that in 1996 he reached the finals in Henny Huisman’s Soundmixshow. William also managed to win various international talent shows, which led to many performances abroad. In everyday life, William Janz teaches the class as an economics teacher and tries to manage his work as a teacher and that of an artist, husband and father of two sons. Although that is very difficult due to the current success with his singing career.
William met Riny Schreijenberg, the man who, among others, made Frans Bauer great. A close relationship soon followed and a new strategy was determined. William Janz, with a new team around him, will surely continue to conquer the world.
William, with years of stage experience, is ready for it! His first single “Because of you I see how beautiful life is again” could be seen as a start for a shining career.
His second single ‘I want you all to myself’ also rolled out of the studio and was immediately embraced by Dutch radio DJs. Riny Schreijenberg and Emile Hartkamp, together previously responsible for the success of many international artists, including the most famous trumpet players in the world and no fewer than 40 Dutch artists, including Frans Bauer, Marianne Weber and Corry Konings, are again a renewed collaboration for William Janz contracted.
These successful hit writers have joined forces after 20 years with the result: ‘Perdido’: This multilingual single was released on the album “William Janz sings Julio Iglesias” and here you can also hear the full Spanish version. In addition, ‘Perdido’ has also been released in multiple languages on all digital platforms.
William Janz performed his first major theater concert in the Netherlands on April 25, 2022 (AFAS Circus theater Scheveningen), where his first album was also presented: “William Janz sings Julio Iglesias”. During this show, produced with heart and soul, accompanied by the Micky Fisser Band, he performed his beautiful single ‘Perdido’ (Lost). This first major theater concert by William Janz has already brought great success and we are already working hard on new projects in the Netherlands and all Spanish-speaking countries.

Passion never die. It grows
For example, various leading Pride Festivals worldwide have already roped in William as the main guest. This follows on from his successful performance as the main guest in June during Sitges Pride 2022 (Spain) for approximately forty thousand visitors. Pre-COVID he achieved great success in the Spanish TV show and ratings hit Got Talent – España. Following on from this success, William also received a request to soon play Julio Iglesias in America Got Talent. In short, William Janz and his team are looking forward to all the great successes, at home and abroad, that await William.
